Originally built in the 1940's, this historic home was where the proprietors of the local grocery store lived with their family for many years. After an extensive top-down renovation, we are happy to reintroduce this slice of Boulder history to the Whitter neighborhood.

The Pinehouse is fully furnished, and available to rent month-to-month. Included in the rental price: linens, towels, cleaning supplies, internet, wireless stereo system, trash/recycling/compost, and all utilities. For more detail, see our comprehensive amenities list.

The home is finished with an eclectic mix of new and old furniture, finishes, fixtures, and art. The design was inspired by a variety of places we have experienced over the years: mountain huts in the Swiss Alps, lake cabins in Northern Michigan, summer camp bunkhouses in Minnesota. There is exactly zero drywall in The Pinehouse. It’s all wood.

It’s located on a quiet residential street in downtown Boulder, an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Pearl Street, with several major bike lanes that head in all directions. Its proximity to town makes it very easy to get by without a car.

Thanks in advance for having a look around. Click here to apply and/or book. And if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The Pinehouse is located in downtown Boulder, Colorado on 23rd, between Pine
and Spruce streets.

The restaurants, cafes, and shops of Pearl Street are a short 5 minute walk away. There are also several grocery stores (Whole Foods, Natural Grocers) within walking distance.

There is ample, all-day permit-free street parking, but in this part of Boulder, it’s pretty
easy to get by without a car.
